1. Use of Services

By registering for courses through our website or in person, you agree to follow all A Plus Driving School LLC policies, as well as all relevant Michigan state driver education regulations. Enrollment is open to eligible students who meet age and documentation requirements set by the State of Michigan.

2. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration and contact information. Failure to do so may result in your enrollment being delayed, canceled, or denied without refund.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for courses must be made in full before the start of the first class or driving session. We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal through our secure online portal. Students who have not paid in full may not participate in classes or behind-the-wheel (BTW) lessons.

4. Class Schedule and Modifications

A Plus Driving School reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or combine classes due to low enrollment, instructor availability, weather conditions, or other circumstances. If this occurs, affected students will be notified as early as possible and offered alternative options.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, handouts, website content, logos, and instructional content are the property of A Plus Driving School LLC. These materials may not be copied, recorded, distributed, or used for any purpose outside the scope of student education without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

A Plus Driving School LLC is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from your use of our website or participation in our courses. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services purchased.

Refund Policy

We understand that schedules can change, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent refund policy. Refund eligibility depends on the program in which the student is enrolled.

Segment 1 – Refund Policy

• Full Refund – If the student withdraws 5 or more days prior to the first scheduled class.
• 50% Refund – If the student withdraws 1 day prior to the first scheduled class.
• 25% Refund – If the student withdraws after the first class but before any Behind-the-Wheel (BTW) instruction has begun.
• No Refund – If the student withdraws after Behind-the-Wheel instruction has started.

Segment 2 – Refund Policy

• Full Refund – If the student withdraws 5 or more days before the first scheduled class.
• 50% Refund – If the student withdraws 1 day before the first scheduled class.
• No Refund – If the student withdraws after instruction has begun.

Adult Driving Lessons – Refund Policy

• Full Refund – If the student cancels at least 2 days before the scheduled driving session.
• No Refund – If the student cancels after instruction has begun or fails to attend.
• No-Show Fee – A $35 per hour fee will be charged for any missed session without prior notice.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at info@aPlusDrivingSchool.org with the following information:

• Full name of student
• Type of program (Segment 1, Segment 2, or Adult Lessons)
• Date of original registration
• Reason for withdrawal

Refunds will be reviewed and processed within 7–10 business days if eligible.

Missed Classes or Absences

• All missed classroom or driving sessions must be made up in order to complete the program.
• A $35 rescheduling fee applies if a student fails to appear for a scheduled behind-the-wheel session without notice.

Canceled Classes

If a class is canceled by A Plus Driving School (e.g., due to low enrollment, weather, or instructor absence), students will be offered:

• A full refund, or
• The option to transfer to a future class at no additional cost

Payment Disputes

All payment disputes or billing issues must be submitted in writing to info@aPlusDrivingSchool.org. We will review and respond to all disputes within 5–7 business days.
